Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkpk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkpk at pkpk.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on pkpk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all use of pkpk including the website, any mobile-optimised version of the platform, and any pkpk app that may be made available. If any part of these Terms conflicts with any other communication from pkpk, these Terms take precedence unless pkpk has explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

pkpk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at pkpk.asia/terms-conditions. Your continued use of pkpk after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pkpk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkpk does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pkpk employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.

pkpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your pkpk account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

You must keep your pkpk login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. pkpk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password claiming to be from pkpk, do not respond and contact pkpk support immediately.

• You must notify pkpk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must ensure that all personal information provided to pkpk during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pkpk account.
• You must not use your pkpk account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming and betting.

pkpk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where pkpk has not been notified promptly and where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Payments

pkpk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported on pkpk. pkpk does not accept deposits via international bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or any other method not listed here.

• The minimum deposit on pkpk is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your pkpk wallet in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
• pkpk does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted on pkpk.

pkpk reserves the right to request proof that a deposit was made from an account in your name before processing any withdrawal. If a deposit is found to have been made from a third-party account, pkpk may suspend the associated pkpk account and return the funds to the originating payment account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkpk are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is to ensure that funds are returned to the verified account holder and to prevent money laundering.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on pkpk is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• pkpk may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• pkpk does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

pkpk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending identity verification, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pkpk will notify you and provide a reason for the delay where it is legally permissible to do so.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pkpk offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses on pkpk are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• pkpk welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
• pkpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

07 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on pkpk are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game only.

• Once a bet has been confirmed on pkpk, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pkpk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event, pkpk will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with its fair play policy. Bets affected by a verified technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on pkpk. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by pkpk at any time.
• pkpk sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

pkpk offers the following game categories: Bingo Fishing, Limbo, Panda Dragon Boat, Megaways, PP Live, Slots, and American Football betting. Each category has its own specific rules which are available within the relevant section of the pkpk platform.

08 Fair Play Policy

pkpk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games on pkpk use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkpk and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets or interact with pkpk games.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in pkpk's platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning tool to gain a systematic advantage over pkpk's games or odds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access pkpk's source code or game logic.

09 Responsible Gaming

pkpk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools and support that help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pkpk account at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: pkpk can send you reminders about how long you have been playing. You can configure session reminder intervals from within your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a break from pkpk, you can self-exclude for a period of your choosing. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to pkpk or receive any promotional communications from us.
• Reality Checks: pkpk displays your net gaming activity during each session so you always know whether you are ahead or behind.

10 Privacy and Data

pkpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkpk.asia/privacy-policy. By using pkpk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• pkpk collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
• pkpk does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• pkpk may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11 Suspension and Termination

pkpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pkpk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of unfair play.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pkpk, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, pkpk will notify you by email and provide a reason where it is legally permissible to do so. You may appeal a suspension by contacting pkpk support at [email protected]. pkpk will review all appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, pkpk will return your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances.

12 Limitation of Liability

pkpk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkpk makes every effort to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, pkpk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

• pkpk is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity that are outside pkpk's reasonable control.
• pkpk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• pkpk's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pkpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. pkpk does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or betting market on the platform. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using pkpk.

13 Changes to These Terms

pkpk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a pkpk player — we will also send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pkpk after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using pkpk and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
